The Peterborough Employment Resource Centre is a one-stop-shop for employers planning to hire. We are able to provide employers with information, resources and referrals to assist them with their hiring needs.

Complete our Online Job Posting Form

• Your job advertisement will be displayed on our centre's Job Opportunity Board, which is reviewed by approximately 200 job seekers daily. It will also be posted on our web site Job Board.
• We can also make recommendations of other places where your job posting could be advertised.

Hiring Practices and Recruiting Processes

The Peterborough Employment Resource Centre would be happy to:

• Collect resumes on your behalf to fill specific job vacancies
• Assist with the planning and organizing of your job fair
• Provide up to date local Labour Market Information
• Provide assistance and advice on hiring practices, as well as referrals to alternate employment resources
• Please contact Resource Centre staff directly to answer any questions or to make further arrangements.

Program Referrals

• We can provide information and referrals to local wage subsidy and Employment Placement programs.

Space

• The Resource Centre can provide a suitable room/space for employer use to conduct job interviews and to hold mini-job fairs.
